At Fiya Tribe cosmetics we pride ourselves on prompt and reliable delivery of every order. Please review our shipping terms below:
Processing Time
• Our standard processing time is 1–2 business days from the date your order is placed.
• Orders are processed Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays.
Shipping Methods
We offer both domestic and international shipping through trusted carriers, including UPS and Federal Express.
• Standard Domestic & International Shipping – Rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen carrier service.
• Express Shipping – Available for an additional $35. Orders placed with Express Shipping are processed and shipped the same business day if received before 12 PM EST.
Tracking & Delivery
• All orders include a tracking number, provided once your package has shipped.
• Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and customs clearance for international orders.
Important Notes
• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or customs inspections.
• Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we cannot be responsible for lost packages due to incorrect information.
